Dr Homer Kefaladelis
Dr Homer Kefaladelis graduated in 1994 from the University of Witwatersand, Johannesburg South Africa where he was awarded the Gold Medal for Fixed Prosthodontics (Crown and Bridge), the Gold Medal of St Appolonia for the highest academic record in Final Year examinations.
Dr Henry Lau
Dr Henry Lau believes in the most advanced and highest quality of dental care possible. He strives to not only provide great care, but to have complete and comprehensive treatment plans in which his patients understand.
Dr Apeksha Sayani
Dr Apeksha Sayani completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2005 from one of the top most universities of India. She was the university topper for two consecutive years and received several awards from the Indian Dental Association for her outstanding performance.
Dr Irina Nurkic
Dr Irina Nurkic received her dental education at Sydney University (graduating with Honours in 2008). Irina is a gentle and enthusiastic dentist who is passionate about providing complete dental health.
Nicole Wealleans
Nicole graduated with a Bachelor of Oral Health Science from the University of Auckland, New Zealand, in 2019.
With extensive experience both in New Zealand and the United States, Nicole delivers high-quality care across a range of services, including deep cleans, periodontal maintenance, children’s dentistry, and Invisalign support.
Dr Samridhi Ojha
Oral Surgeon
Dr Samridhi Ojha is an Australian trained and board registered Specialist Oral Surgeon. Dr Samridhi is a visiting specialist operating out of Forum Dentistry.
Dr Naser Albarbari
Oral Surgeon
Dr Naser Albarbari is a registered specialist as an oral surgeon, having originally obtained his Bachelor of Dental Science in 1999. Dr Albarbari has an immense interest in Oral and Jaw Surgery and holds a Master of Science and a Speciality Membership in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons and Physicians in Glasgow. Dr Naser is a visiting specialist operating out of Forum Dentistry.
Dr Yasmina Andreani
Specialist Endodontist
Dr Yasmina Andreani graduated with Honours in Dentistry from the University of Sydney in 2008. In 2016, she successfully completed her Fellowship examinations and was admitted as a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons.

Norma Londos
Practice Manager
With over 35 years in the dental industry and a Diploma of Practice Management, I genuinely enjoy helping patients feel supported and cared for throughout their dental journey. I find it incredibly rewarding to help create a positive experience for our patients and to see the exceptional care our clinical team provides, make a lasting difference to their oral health and wellbeing. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with family and friends, Pablo the Frenchie and Smudge the Cat and getting out on the water whenever I can. I also have a passion for travel and look forward to exploring more of the world's unique destinations.
Paula Melville
Dental Assistant
I have been a proud member of the Forum Dentistry team for the past 10 years. One of the things I value most about working here is the continuity of our experienced staff, many of whom have been with the practice for many years. We have built wonderful, long-lasting relationships with our patients, who are always a pleasure to care for. I also enjoy being part of such a supportive and friendly team, where everyone works together to provide the highest standard of care.

Dental Assistant / Treatment Coordinator
I have been working as a Dental Assistant for 21 years, and 20 of those have been with Forum. I think that says a lot about how much I enjoy being part of this team. I have recently stepped into the role of Treatment Coordinator, and I am excited to take on this new challenge. It’s a great opportunity to keep learning, support our patients in a different way, and continue growing within a team I have been proud to be part of for so many years. The people are what make it special. Everyone is easy to work with, supportive, and just as fun to catch up with outside of work. I’ve been lucky to work alongside some amazing people over the years. I am grateful to work in a place where I can use my skills, keep learning, and genuinely enjoy coming to work every day.

Currently studying a bachelor's in nursing at USYD. I’ve been working at Forum for almost 4 years. The staff taught me everything about dentistry and working with Dr Sayani really inspired me to pursue nursing as a career. I enjoy reading science fiction and play video games professionally in my spare time.
Sharanya Kugan
Dental Receptionist
I'm currently studying a Bachelor of Laws / Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) double degree while working as a casual team member at Forum Dentistry a few days each week. I love being part of the Forum Dentistry team because it truly feels like a second family. Everyone is supportive, works together, and genuinely cares about providing the best experience for our patients. It's rewarding to be part of such a welcoming and positive environment. Outside of work and study, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, keeping active, and making the most of my free time.
